Each Kiva Spirit is individually handcrafted from an array of fabrics, beaded embellishments, natural elements, and unique found objects. As I select colors and materials, their individual personalities evolve . . . I begin with no preconceived ideas as to the character that’s taking shape. By allowing my creative imagination to reign free, each Kiva Spirit is a totally unique, one-of-a-kind piece of art.
